I had a great stay at the hotel! The location was very convenient as it was close to everything in the Merter market. The staff was very helpful and kind, especially Yunus who went the extra mile. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was big and clean. Additionally, the hotel's strong Wi-Fi and quick service made my stay amazing.

Located in the heart of a bustling marketplace, this hotel is close to everything guests may need. finding decent restaurants may be a challenge. Rooms are spacious, well-lit, and clean with big bathrooms. the staff is friendly and helpful. International breakfast has a good variety. the lobby is perfect for quick meetings with strong Wi-Fi.

One negative aspect is that the hotel staff may not be fluent in English, providing poor service and resulting in miscommunications with guests.

The hotel's location was great, situated close to main attractions of the city. The hotel room was clean and well-maintained with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly, approachable and provided prompt service to our requests. They also provided city maps which made it easy for us to navigate.

The check, in process could have been smoother. the reception staff needed more English speaking skills and training to facilitate better communication.
